01About Nirapad

Nirapad is a secure digital document wallet designed to help users conveniently store, organize, manage, and access their personal documents from one place.

The Services may include document upload and storage, document organization and categorization, document viewing and management, intelligent document scanning and information extraction, and other document-related features made available through Nirapad.

Nirapad may introduce additional features and services from time to time.

02Account Registration and Access

To use certain Services, you are required to create a Nirapad account using a valid mobile phone number.

Nirapad may use a One-Time Password (“OTP”), personal identification number (“PIN”), or other authentication methods to register, authenticate, secure, or recover access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

Your PIN and other authentication credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account or device.

Nirapad may introduce additional account verification and security measures where necessary.

03Nirapad Services

Nirapad enables users to digitally manage documents through features provided within the App.

Depending on the features available to you, the Services may allow you to upload or capture documents, organize documents into categories, securely store documents, search and retrieve documents, add or modify document information, and use intelligent processing features to assist with document organization.

Certain Services may require an active internet connection.

04Intelligent Document Processing

Nirapad may use technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”) and Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) to make document management easier.

These technologies may assist in reading documents, identifying document types, categorizing documents, and extracting relevant information so that users can organize and access their documents more efficiently.

Users may review and, where supported, edit extracted information before or after saving a document.

Automated processing is intended to assist users and does not alter the original document uploaded by the user.

05Your Documents

You retain your rights and ownership in the documents and information that you upload to Nirapad.

By uploading a document, you authorize Nirapad to receive, process, store, encrypt, retrieve, and display the document and associated information as necessary to provide the Services.

Nirapad does not obtain ownership of your personal documents merely because they are stored through the Service.

You agree to upload only documents and information that you own, are authorized to use, or otherwise have the legal right to store and process.

06Privacy and Protection of Information

Nirapad is designed with security and privacy as important components of the Service.

We may collect and process information necessary to provide the Services, including account information, profile information, documents and document-related information, authentication information, and technical information necessary for operating and securing the App.

Nirapad may use encryption, authentication controls, access controls, and other technical measures to protect information processed through the Service.

Certain technology and infrastructure providers may process information on behalf of Nirapad where necessary to operate features such as authentication, cloud infrastructure, communications, document processing, and artificial intelligence services.

The collection and processing of personal information will also be governed by the Nirapad Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the Services.

07User Responsibilities

You agree to use Nirapad lawfully and in good faith.

You must not use the Services to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or documents; interfere with the operation or security of Nirapad; introduce malicious software or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to Nirapad's systems, servers, or databases; use Nirapad for fraudulent or unlawful activities; or upload information that you do not have the legal right to possess or process.

You remain responsible for the documents and information submitted through your account.

08Security of Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining control of the device and credentials used to access your Nirapad account.

If you believe that your account, PIN, mobile number, or device has been compromised, you should take appropriate steps to secure your account and contact Nirapad where assistance is available.

Nirapad may restrict, suspend, require additional verification for, or otherwise secure an account where we reasonably believe unauthorized or suspicious activity has occurred.

09Availability and Development of the Services

Nirapad may periodically update, improve, modify, add, or remove features in order to improve the Service, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or introduce new functionality.

From time to time, access to some Services may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, network conditions, or services provided by technology partners.

We may release updated versions of the App and may require users to install an updated version to continue accessing certain Services.

10Intellectual Property

The Nirapad name, logo, application design, software, interface, graphics, branding, and other materials created for Nirapad are owned by or licensed to Nirapad and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit Nirapad's software, branding, or proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by law or authorized by Nirapad.

This provision does not give Nirapad ownership over documents or information uploaded by users.

11Suspension and Termination

Nirapad may restrict or suspend access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service, prevent fraudulent or unlawful activity, address a material violation of these Terms, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Users may stop using Nirapad at any time.

Where account deletion functionality is available, users may request deletion of their account through the App.

12Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Nirapad endeavors to provide reliable and secure Services. However, technology-based services may occasionally experience interruptions, errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Automated technologies, including OCR and AI-assisted processing, may not always interpret every document or piece of information correctly. Users should review important extracted information where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nirapad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13Third-Party Services

Certain features of Nirapad may rely upon technology, infrastructure, communication, cloud, artificial intelligence, or other services provided by third parties.

The use or availability of those components may be subject to the applicable terms, policies, and technical availability of those providers.

14Changes to These Terms

Nirapad may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, applicable laws, security requirements, or business operations.

Updated Terms will become effective when published through the App or otherwise communicated to users.

Where appropriate, Nirapad may require users to review and accept materially revised Terms before continuing to use the Services.

15Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of Nirapad shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

16Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent court or authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17Contact

Questions, concerns, or requests relating to these Terms or the Nirapad Services may be submitted through the official contact or support channels provided by Nirapad.

18Acceptance

By selecting “Agree & Continue”, creating a Nirapad account, or continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
